ENROLLMENT

What is the cost to enroll in your program?

You will need to pay only $22.95. This includes basic delivery of your completion certificate as well as the certificate itself. If your court requires it, your enrollment fee also pays for your attendance of a test site. We do charge for extra services such as rush processing, but the basic fee will meet the needs of most students.

How do I sign up for your program?

Simply go to the enrollment page or click here. Be sure to complete all appropriate fields on the enrollment form. If you prefer, you can call one of our customer service representatives at 877-203-0275 during our normal business hours, which are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

I've already paid the traffic school fee. Why am I paying again?

The fee you paid to the court is actually just a court administrative fee. Our program is not run by the courts, so the tuition for our program is separate. That is true for all traffic school, not just ours.

How do I pay for my enrollment?

We offer our students several payment options. You may pay by credit card, debit card, check by phone or check/money order. We will ask you at enrollment to select a payment option. If you choose to pay using your credit or debit card, we will link you to a secure and encrypted page to input all the necessary information. To make payments by phone, contact one of our representatives at 877-203-0275. To pay by check or money order, mail your payment to the address listed on our contact page. Regardless of what option you choose, you can be sure your personal information will remain secure.

COURSE INFORMATION

Can I really complete your program at the very last minute?

The program we offer is an 8-hour program, so we do not recommend waiting until the day your certificate is due in court. You still will be able to go at your own pace. Although you probably won't need the entire 8 hours to complete our course, you should set aside at least that much time just in case. Though it is rare, a blackout, computer problems or other circumstances beyond our control can still happen.

Am I required to complete the course in one sitting?

Not at all! The course is divided into several sections to enable our students to decide for themselves how much time they want to spend on each session. Our system will keep track of your progress, so that will make it easy for you to begin where you left off. Just be sure to remember your username and password! You can, of course, do it all at once if you prefer.

Do I need to have my own computer to participate?

You can use any computer to participate in our program, as long as it is connected to the Internet. Many computer centers, cyber cafés and libraries provide online access. It's a good excuse to use to visit your friends or family, too!

When will I get my completion certificate?

Delivery times vary depending on your needs. For most students, we send completion certificates within 2-3 business days of graduation. If you don't receive your certificate after a week or two, please call or e-mail us. If you request expedited service, we will have your certificate arrive earlier for an additional fee. Due to security reasons, you will not be able to print out your own certificate.

What do I need to do if my deadline for traffic school completion is nearing or has passed?

You would need to contact your court directly if you need an extension of your due date. We cannot do this for you.

TECHNICAL

How do I get back in the program if I log off or get knocked off-line?

When you enroll, you are asked to create your own username and password. All you need to do afterwards is to input this information in the appropriate fields on our homepage. Our system then logs your progress for you and will return you to the section following the one you last completed.

Are there any special computer requirements? Do I need to download any programs?

If you can read this, you have all you need to participate! There are no special requirements beyond what you already have.

How do I adjust the size of the text?

For most PC browsers, just hold down the CTRL key and use the scroll button on your mouse to adjust the size of the text. You can also use the browser menu along the top to change the settings. Go to View > Text Size and select your preferred size. If you are using Internet Explorer and cannot change the font size with the mouse or through the menu as described above, go to Tools > Internet Options. Select the "Accessibility" button from the bottom and click on "Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages." You can then use the mouse or the View menu to change the size of the text. Another option is to decrease your screen resolution, which will also increase font size. With a Macintosh computer, use Shift-Command-] to enlarge the text to your preference.

Can I get a Refund or Return my certificate of completion?

Refunds will not be granted if you participate or complete the course. It is your responsibility to ensure your eligibility for our program, returned certificates will not be accepted, nor will a refund be granted if your court does not accept the certificate. Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of lastminutetrafficschool.com if the student experiences difficulty in completion of the program and it is found that lastminutetrafficschool.com may have prevented such difficulty. Refunds will be granted if any student pays for, but does not participate in the lastminutetrafficschool.com program.
